Cancelation/No Show Policies

24 hours advance notice is appreciated should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Canceling the appointment with less than 24 hour notice may result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled.

 

Failing to arrive to a scheduled appointment (no show with no notice) will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the services scheduled.

Please be sure to arrive on time. Any late arrivals, more than 10 minutes, will need rescheduling and will incur a late cancelation fee.

Adjustments

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days after your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Sometimes people may think they want to try something completely new to them and may decide that it was not the right look for them, if this happens it would be a time that a complimentary adjustment would not be applicable.
